Gravity Forms
Verify Gravity Forms submissions and clean up test entries.
The Gravity Forms add-on checks through the REST API that a test entry was stored, then can delete it. FormTester 365 also completes the live form in a browser and alerts you when a scheduled test fails.
No credit card required. Daily testing on every plan.
What the test does
Verify and delete test entries
Use the Gravity Forms add-on to confirm a stored entry through the REST API and remove that test entry afterward.
Test the form visitors use
The browser test follows multi-page and conditional forms as they appear on the published page. No field map is required.
No FormTester plugin to install
Add the form page URL and select the form. Try your particular setup during the free trial.
Check beyond the browser confirmation
A browser confirmation shows that the form reached a success state on the page. The add-on checks that Gravity Forms stored the entry and can remove the test data. If notification email matters, add a form-specific BCC monitoring address where supported; receipt of that copy does not prove delivery to the primary recipient.

Plan for notifications and workflows
Deleting a stored test entry does not undo an email notification or another workflow the live submission already triggered. Decide how to route test notifications before scheduling frequent checks.
Catch an update problem early
When a Gravity Forms update affected a customer's form, a scheduled test exposed the failure early. The customer reverted to the previous working version until a fix was released.
Watch for expired nonces
Cached page HTML can keep an old security token. A public visitor may then fail an Ajax submission even though the form works for someone logged in to WordPress.
