Test the forms on your Shopify store.

Contact, wholesale, and quote forms can fail after a theme or app change while product pages still load. FormTester 365 opens the storefront page, submits the form, and emails you when a scheduled test fails.

No credit card required. Daily testing on every plan.

What the test does

Forms on the storefront

Add the page customers use. A standard test does not require installing an app on the shop.

After theme and app changes

A scheduled test gives you a specific failed submission to investigate, instead of waiting for a customer to report it.

The forms the store depends on

Start with the contact or enquiry form that brings in conversations, then add others as you need them.

A loaded storefront can still drop an enquiry

Shopify can show the page while the form never reaches a confirmation. The test checks browser submission success. Review the store's contact inbox or Shopify Forms record separately; a browser confirmation does not prove an email arrived.

Checks specific to Shopify

Know which Shopify form you use

A theme's built-in contact form and a form created with the Shopify Forms app have different notification settings. Select the actual form on the storefront when setting up the test.

Watch the spam challenge

Shopify can challenge contact-form submissions with hCaptcha. Test the live page to see whether visitors can complete that flow on your store.

Check where contact mail goes

Built-in Shopify contact forms send submissions to the store's sender email address. Browser success does not confirm that the message reached that inbox.
